Set a routine

Keep a routine that your follow to closely.
Never break from it, and set your goals to fill the time in between.

create a routine in line with the goals that you want to achieve, such as working out or reading a book. Stick to it day in and day out. Your days will fly by and you will find yourself being extremely productive!

Try keeping a routine that contains stuff you enjoy doing as a reward, so that you always will have something to look forward to.

It's more powerful than you think and more helpful than it sounds. Keeping a journal can help you to put down whatever emotional baggage you might have, and even lend a hand in organising your day and goals. Keeping one is sure to be your very own silent buddy.

Workout!

Research has shown that exercise facilitates the release of endorphins that helps release stress and drastically improves your mood.

Stay Connected!

You can't deny it, we are social creatures. Doing the above for one or two weeks without human contact, we'll lose it. Don't forget to talk to your loved ones or your friends! Find some games that you can play together and spend time talking, bantering and doing activities together!
